A cozy 250 sq. m one-story house is in Dobrograd.
The architecture of the “Izba” is characterized by an atypical combination of volumes, shapes, and textures: a complex gable roof, and the use of wood with decorative trim, reminiscent of elements of folk ornament. Internal atrium terraces allow one to integrate the exterior into the interior. There is a separate building with a guest house and a bathhouse.
The project became the winner of the “House for Dobrograd” competition and will soon be built as a landmark object of the place.
