The project was selected among the best concepts and published in a special edition.

The shape of the proposed project is based on the inverted contour of a burnt building.

The idea was to arrange studio houses for students to study on the site in a sequence dictated by the shape of the burned building. The appearance of studio houses incorporates the characteristic features of traditional Dutch architecture.

The volumetric-plastic solution symbolizes the bold ideas and decisions of future generations of architects.

The courtyard, formed by the volumes of the buildings, follows the contour of the burnt building. Thus, the entire complex, in addition to its educational function, also serves as a memorial to the old building.

The studio space is divided into two zones: the lower one is the working zone, and the upper one is the exhibition space.
