The master plan for a villa community in Jurmala is based on the principle of natural construction, which was previously used in the construction of a village or other settlement: each house is located relative to the terrain.
There are five villas in the villa community, which are oriented in such a way that each window offers a unique view of the natural context and not of the nearest house. All villas are located on the river bank and are leveled.
